The practice of meditation has many benefits, including: experiencing increased levels of peace and relaxation, deeper periods of sleep, slower heart rate and decreased blood pressure and an increased ability to focus. In addition, meditation also assists individuals along their healing journey by giving the body and mind an opportunity to release long-held programming and traumas that have been stored deep within the energy field.
During each meditation class I'll share information, techniques and practices that will help you to move more into a place of intentionality and greater consciousness. Some topics that I focus on are: changing core beliefs, opening and healing the heart, learning how to be more grounded, setting healthy boundaries, etc. I also provide individual energy healing during each meditation session. Classes are offered both during the day and in the evening.
Each of the classes lasts 1 1/2 hours, and during this time, I provide individual energy healing to facilitate a deeper sense of relaxation, as well as a re-balancing of the system. Class size is limited so that each person can receive personalized guidance. **Meditation classes are offered as a monthly series.
I also lead corporate meditation classes on a short-term or long-term basis. These classes are custom designed for the needs of the corporation.
