After helping you move into a deep, relaxed state, I'll be playing a set of crystal singing bowls. Each crystal bowl is made up of 99.8% quartz crystal. Our body has a natural affinity to quartz because our bones, blood, DNA and brain are crystalline in structure. Crystal bowls emit a pure vibration which is received by all cells within the body as well as by the energy body - the chakras, meridians and aura.
The properties of quartz crystal are numerous and include assisting in opening the third eye and balancing the entire chakra system. The sound vibration of the bowls has the power to bring about a positive shift in our consciousness. As our awareness expands, we connect more deeply with our High Self, bringing us into a more peaceful way of living.
